Shelvd for Mac and Windows

Your whole Shelvd library in its own window. Import CSV files by drag and drop, build shelves, upload Bookmark photos, and save share images straight to your disk. The desktop app signs in through your browser and updates itself.

macOS

macOS 13 Ventura or newer. One download for Apple silicon and Intel.

Download for Mac
  1. Open the downloaded disk image.
  2. Drag Shelvd to your Applications folder.
  3. Open Shelvd and sign in.

Signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple.

Windows

Windows 10 (22H2) or Windows 11, 64-bit.

Download for Windows
  1. Run the installer.
  2. If Windows shows a “Windows protected your PC” notice, choose More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Open Shelvd and sign in.

The beta installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows shows that notice once. Compare the file with the published checksums if you want to verify it.

Good to know

  • You need a Shelvd account. Create one or log in.
  • Apple and Google sign-in open in your browser. The app never sees your password.
  • Shelvd needs an internet connection. Your library stays on shelvd.io.
  • Updates download in the app. Shelvd asks before it installs and reopens.
  • Subscriptions open in your browser and return you to the app when you finish.
